How do I Generate Content for Multiple Cases?

On busy days, you can create multiple outputs at once from the Cases page. This works for clinical notes, phone call summaries, and similar documents.


Quick steps

  1. Open Cases, then switch to List view.

  2. Filter to the cases you want, for example Today.

  3. Scan the Outputs column. Cases with 0 still need content.

  4. Click the Select all checkbox at the top of the list.

  5. Choose Generate default to run your default template, or Generate favourites to run all templates you have marked as favourites.

  6. Open each case when ready to review, edit, and approve.

Notes

  • Select all applies to the cases visible on the current page. Repeat on other pages if needed.

  • Set your default and favourites in Templates first for best results.
