What Can You Do with “Select Cases”?

Using Select Cases on the Find Cases page, you can:

  • Delete multiple cases in a single action

  • Archive several cases at once

  • Generate records (e.g., SOAP notes, client emails) for multiple cases simultaneously

This bulk‑action tool streamlines workflows, saving time and effort.


Step‑by‑Step Guide

1. Navigate to the Find Cases Screen

  • Go to Find Cases from your dashboard to view all active cases.

2. Use Select Cases

  • Click the Select Cases button.

  • Check the box beside each case you want to include in your action.

3. Choose Your Action

With cases selected, click one of the following:

  • Delete to permanently remove cases

  • Archive to move cases out of active lists while keeping a backup

  • Generate Records to create documents (like SOAP notes or emails) in bulk

4. Confirm Your Action

  • A prompt will appear asking you to confirm. Review the action carefully, then click Confirm or Continue.

Tips & Reminders

  • Archiving preserves case data in storage—archived cases aren’t deleted, but moved out of your active view.

  • Deleting is permanent—cases cannot be recovered after deletion.

  • Generating records can be done using templates, including multiple formats at once (SOAP, summaries, emails).
